Association Membership:

Instructions:

• For new members, read the information contained on this page and press continue when you are finished.
• If you have already registered online from 2009, you do not have to complete the application again. Make sure you are logged in and then proceed to the application as normal, and click continue at the bottom of the page.
• The fields will be filled in with the information you supplied last year. Please update any of the information that may have changed from 2008, and then hit the register button.
• You should get a screen that says that you have successfully registered
• You will also get a confirming email notifying you of a successful registration
• Mail or drop your membership fees at the Pro Shop

Membership Dues:

• Membership dues for a full membership are $80.00 for 2010.
• We will be offering a partial membership dues for members who can not play a full schedule due to family or work obligations. The dues will be $40.00. Members who chose this option will be required to pay $10.00 for prizes in each tournament they enter. Club Championship would be $20.00 since it is a two day event.
• Members who are non Hampden Township residents can receive a discount on greens fees for ALL rounds at Armitage; not just the Men’s’ Events. The discount is available by paying an additional $20.00 with your membership dues this year.

Membership Includes:

• Handicap Card
• 8 Monthly Tournaments; plus any additional tournaments offered through out the year. A $10.00 prize fee will be collected at these additional events.
• Monthly Tournament Prizes; Partial members must pay $10.00 for each event they participate in
• Club Championship
• Hole in One Pot (first seven tournaments)
• Optional Participation in Tournament Skins Game
• Participation in most Harrisburg District Golf events
• Members will receive a 10% discount on Pro Shop merchandise. The discount may not be used in conjunction with a gift certificate
• The Pro Shop will set aside one hour of tee times each non tournament weekend for members to find a game and meet other members, Members must sign up by Wednesday

Membership Rules:

• Full membership includes all tournament fees, closest-to-the-pin contests; Partial members must pay a $10.00 prize fee for each event entered.
• Membership fees must be paid prior to the start of the first tournament in order to be eligible for prizes, and the Hole in One Pot. The membership fee must also be paid prior to collecting any skin prizes provided the member paid to participate in the skins game.
• Members are responsible for greens fees and optional tournament skins game fees.
• Members are automatically entered in Hole in One Pot.
